The quote tool

Six pieces of information power the quote: gender, age, health level (self-described), tobacco use, desired coverage, and term length. That information goes to the quote service on the carriers' application platform to return rates, and is not stored on this site. The quote tool doesn't hold your name, address, phone, or email. Identical repeat requests may hit a short-term cache instead of querying the service again.

Applying

Once you choose Apply, your answers go into a secure application run by the carriers' platform, where you continue under their privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, licensed in California (License 0B75129), manages your applications.

The contact form

Your name, email, phone number (optional), preferred reply method, topic, and message come through the contact form. The form sends the message by email to the agency; your email becomes the reply address. This site stores no message copy, no database of submissions, no content logs. A light anti-spam check runs in your browser before it sends.

Measurement

We track page views with first-party, cookieless analytics served from this domain. We set no cookies or local tracking codes. We mask two bytes of your IP before storage. Referrer query strings are removed before logging. Raw visit logs get deleted after 90 days. Browsers signaling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are skipped entirely.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share information about visitors, we don't use ad trackers, we don't load third-party analytics. On the application page only, a third-party application service loads—that's it.
